To facilitate adoption, mating, and health tracking services, we collect:

● Health Records: Vaccination books, medical records, and health certificates (uploaded by you).
● Photos: Images of your pets uploaded to listings or health profiles.
C. Technical & Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:
● Device Information: Device ID, model, operating system (Android/iOS), app version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Device Token for notifications).
● Location Data: Precise GPS location (latitude/longitude) to show nearby vets, pet listings, or services. You can disable this via device settings, but some features (e.g., "Find Match Nearby") may not function.
● Usage Logs: Features used (e.g., swipes, chats), time spent, and interaction history.
D. Payment Information
We do not store your complete credit/debit card numbers. All payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We only retain transaction identifiers (Order ID, Payment ID) and subscription status to manage your access to premium features.

● Service Provision: To create your account, manage pet profiles, facilitate adoptions/matings, and generate nutrition plans.
● Safety & Verification: To verify ownership of pets (via medical records) and prevent fraudulent listings or animal abuse.

● Communication: To send One-Time Passwords (OTP), appointment reminders, subscription updates, and response notifications (via SMS, Email, or Push Notifications).

● Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including:

● Delete Account: Request deletion of your account and associated data via the "Settings" menu or by contacting support.

PetNimbus is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information.
The App may contain links to third-party services (e.g., Vet clinics, Groomers listed in the directory). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party entities
